Very bad customer service

1-The company has dedicated from my credit card without notification.2- There is no option to remove the credit card from the personal profile .3- I have sent multi request & customer complain to them, but no response.

I added the payment method to the application and I have received some of my invoices but they are still asking me to verify invoices although the store has added the cards details.

The application is crashing when you update your information. Also when selecting the refund calculator it is also crashing. Please solve this issue ASAP
