Recently after the update, as soon as you log in and press ‘My Account’ the app hangs. It just freezes and after a couple of minutes the App shuts down on its own.
Very annoying for customers like us who have packages that need to check their Overall Call balance and Internet usage.

Full of bugs and no support
The app is full of bugs and unexpected behavior and crashes, and the worst part is that Ooredoo support team is unable to figure it out. I was unable to view my bills through the app or Ooredoo website for the last week or so, when I reported the issue to Ooredoo I noticed that those support agents are not well trained in the first place and they have no clue what I was talking about; the agent simply responded that he can see my bill in his system :) Many of my connections have the same issue with the app while Ooredoo team is not even aware of it! And guess what, you might call 121 and wait in the queue for a long time and when you finally talk to a support agent he might tell you that his system is being updated or not working and that he should transfer the call to another agent, who also has the same issue and so on, you end up talking to three or four agents like if they are throwing the calls on each other. Now, If you are “so lucky” you might talk to an agent who will tell you that a support ticket has been logged with the Technical support team and that you will be contacted shortly by one of there reps; I assure you that won’t happen and the case will be closed without any resolution and no one will be able to explain to you what happened. I’m not sure if there is a real monitoring system or quality reviews or assurance for their call center agents bcuz apparently it’s a big miss out there :) I regret being part of this network :(
Horrible and useless technical support
I have been using my Ooredoo number for more than 3 years, and I was earning points using the Nojoom system during that period.
I had more than 20,000 points en January 2021.
I bought a new phone in April, and activated the My Ooredoo app, and out of the sudden I was given a new Nojoom ID with zero points.
For more than 2 weeks I’m chatting with Ooredoo support In a semi daily basis, open end multiple cases and an official complaint .. and until now no one was able to resolve my issue … horrible technical support … I’m going to leave Ooredoo and move to another carrier because of this issue .. since due to a stupid system error, I lost points that are worth more than 40 KD … thanks a lot Ooredoo
