Poor service

The internet speed is very slow and intermittent. Very often there is no net at all. Their website is also not user friendly It has only sales and marketing and no service for existing customers. It is very difficult to know the balance or validity or available packages.

Getting worse!!!

The app was fine a while ago but since ever the last update things are on a downwards trend and the functions just not working in a way a human would understand its so confusing. Plus my Qitaf account got reset out of nowhere!!!! I relied on the app to check my dues and i realized it wasnt showing after my internet got disconnected!! My whole account isnt there anymore! What is this update!!????? A JOKE? A huge telecommunication company like STC is on budget or something to give us such way bad user interface and user put us thro such a bad user experience?

The Worst Telecom Company In Kuwait

I honestly don't know what I was thinking when I switched from Zain to this garbage company. 0/10 customer service. The internet that I paid for will all the sudden stop working for days and when you call to report the problem they will tell you "sorry I see your internet is active". I try to explain to them that no, my internet is not active and for some reason the idiot in customer service assumes I'm lying. This is one bad experience from many I encountered while dealing with STC. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
