Please include the face id then secure my zain app .Thankx zain kuwait nombr one nd fast network.
Took big amount of my money without recharging my line.
I need a -4 stars, to give them a fair rate.
It’s my first time ever to get a line from zain. I paid online 10 kd in their app to recharge my line, I received a msg right away from my bank account that they took 10 kd. When I called the customer service they denied that paid! And in the app my balance is “ 0.00 “ !!
I still have the proof in my bank account that they Zain’s app stole my money, so I’m not gonna let this go.
The customer service is really bad, and the app will steal your money and deny it even tho you have a proof.
If I could give -1 I would.
Ive has an issue with my phone not being recharged even tho i paid. Tried reaching a representative for 2 hours on the phone with no luck. Ive then tried to contact a representative theough the app, which is so laggy you cant even type. The representative left the conversation while i was trying to type in their incredibly laggy app. Please fix this.
