Misc updates to the new backend.
- Misc improvements.
- Added support for Wi-Fi enabled heat pumps.
- Added callback on setup permissions checkbox to trigger.
- Added extra timer for WiFi setup to return for local auth.

- Fixed occasional issue of heat pump screen crash when data was not fully loaded.
- Fixed issue of discover device name empty.

• Your device is now saved and will only need a one-time authorization. This will take effect the next time you authorize it. Factory reset or resetting local auth will still require authorization again.
