Super comfy, fast to find anything you want, to match, available sizes! The stores can’t fit all varieties you have, but online can.

The way you open the clothes is ... weird? You should make it easier, but I guess the app is fine. Ppl that shop online can actually use it well.
Me
I think zara’s online site is awful and terrible , the photos especially don’t help me to choose the items and see how they really look , it is as if the photographer was blind by the art of photography and catching artistic moments of the model ladies than taking photos that focus on the clothes items themselves . The positions of the ladies sometimes make the view of the clothes items difficult that you only see part of the them . And some pauses are really disgusting .
