You can now view your ZEROHERO usage directly in the app via ZEROHERO Benefits → Benefit Summary by selecting a date in the calendar. We’ve also added a warm reminder when you first access ZEROHERO, Four4Free, or WHOLESAVE after an offer becomes active, helping you get started more easily.

Customers using ZEROHERO, Four4Free, or Wholesave can now re-bind their battery directly in the app if it was previously unbound — making reconnection quicker and easier.

We’ve enhanced the cost-so-far calculation for customers using manually read interval meters, providing more accurate and reliable tracking. You can now also bind and manage Anker within the App.

We’re excited to introduce Gloria, our new real-time interactive agent, designed to assist you with basic enquiries. We’ve also added a new in-app refund feature, allowing eligible customers to request refunds and view their refund history easily.
