With the updated Air Astana mobile app you can now make your travel arrangements playfully on the go. Choose best fares, book flights, order special services, check-in online, use your virtual Nomad Club card and much more.
Make sure you have push notifications enabled not to miss a chance to pre-reserve best seat in the cabin or bid for an upgrade to business class.

Error in status of flight
Why when you updated app always the problem to view status of flight appeared ??? Pls fix it
Not refunded back.
Kindly don’t ever book a ticket if you’re from India and have a SBI account. I am a student studying here. I booked my flight at 14th of July but due to air traffic control they sent me a message to cancel my ticket. I did and it’s been one month today and haven’t received the refund yet. It cost me Rs. 37,000 in all total (for a round trip). Went to the air Astana office twice,nothing happened. They won’t even saw you the transaction details. They will only say the refund has been processed. Bunch of irresponsible people that doesn’t even care about situation they put people into it. Thanks to them now my vacation has started and can’t even go back to India.
Worst IT system ever
Airline is good. Marketing programs are good. IT is awful. You are buying tickets and in the middle of the process page becomes blank. You start from the scratch and it appears your earlier booking with your seats (that you didn’t succeed purchasing) are still showing busy. Again and again and you end up booking all seats in the plane, but no tickets in your hands!
Another time your booking doesn’t show available routes. Application is not maintained properly. You better do it through website!
