Исправьте ошибку, не отображает видеокамеры и видеорегистраторы,

Не воспроизводится видео, хотя ДВАЖДЫ оплатили годовой пакет за 60 баксов

Поддержка не отвечает, деньги оплачены, а видео не записывается! Диспетчер устройств вообще не грузится, загрузка бесконечно крутится и все.

Не работает запись видео на айфоне, с андроида работает. По окончанию записи приложение вылетает, запись не сохраняется.
