Good app and customer service from the call center, but the delivery is way too long. Usually you’ll wait for your order at least 1,5 hour. Within this time you can cook a masterpiece by yourself in your kitchen. Sometimes you could even forget that you ordered some food and lost your appetite at the time of delivery. Some restaurants, like DODOPizza can offer you a faster delivery if you’ll order directly from them. E.g., this restaurant guarantee that they will deliver your order within an hour and it is no way if they couldn’t do it, but through this app you will wait at least 1,5 hour like I wrote above.Also at some restaurants in the app you can see the point that a restaurant doesn’t take orders at a time, but if you’ll call to a restaurant directly, managers will answer to you by disappointment that they didn’t report to the service that they having any issues with it. And gladly will take your order directly. So you can think that instead of saying to their clients, that Chocofood is out of delivery staff at a time, they are prefer to lie to their customers about a restaurant’s issues, which are also their clients by the way.And also it’ll be good to upgrade the app to the iOS 12 functionality (e.g., one time password entering function from the confirmation sms).

Too slow and very limited area

Although the app is good in itself, user-friendly and has many options, the delivery time is awful (you need to wait at least 1.5 hour), the food arrives cold, and, last but not the least, the area of service (destinations where they make deliveries to) is very limited. I live downtown on the left bank, but they dont deliver here. Please improve your services.

This app was in my phone since 2019. I used to order a lot with it. Now the delivery takes half an hour every time… It shows that the restaurant has prepared it, gave it to courier, but after it is more than an hour of wait… It is really inconvenient. Just think about it, why would I order delivery food? It’s supposed to be a convenient quick warm meal, but here, it becomes cold and long waited. Not to mention the scandal this company had about discrimination of Kazakh language and promotion of Russian language, judging Kazakhs for not being friendly to Russians?? I would like you to first complete your delivery system rather than commenting and judging others.

Ordered my food and waited a lit to get any confirmation. None was received, contacted their support. Support was dead probably, responded with some standard answer, but still no information was given if i am to get my order and in what time. Needed to call them and their operators were useless and couldn’t solve the issue. Asked to cancel order, which they didn’t and i still paid for the order. Awful service, awful app. 0/10 would not recommend it
