I didn't want to buy a yearly subscription! I deleted the app! The app took a huge amount of money! I wrote to tech support, and I never got my money back! Awful!!!

I was charged for a yearly subscription, so as you know, no one but me received my card, and I did not do it myself, I did not even log into the app at that time, yes, I used the corresponding classification a couple of times, but nothing more! I did not press anything, you just wrote money, I wrote to you by mail, and also wrote to tech support. Please understand and return the money back, otherwise I will write a claim to Apple!

This app charged me on my debit card 12’490 KZT (~33 USD) for yearly charge... I don’t know how in the world they did it?? I haven’t installed this app on my phone (at least I don’t remember using it earlier and I can’t find any records in Purchased history in my iTunes). Also asked my wife and daughter but they have not used it as well.. will check son’s phone later and if will not find anything, will write a claim to Apple. P.S. now decided to install this app and check what kind of soft is it...
