I purchased a virtual mobile number through this app as a subscription, which I need for work. Initially, I paid for three-month periods, but the last time I switched to a six-month subscription model. Every time, however, I run into the same issue—they take away my number. When I contact Support, they start making things up and blatantly lie. They claim I didn’t pay on time, even though payments are made automatically through the App Store subscription service. Eventually, they return the number, only for the issue to happen again later. Because of this, I’m incurring financial losses as I can’t use the service I’ve paid for. Most recently, on September 3, 2024, my payment was processed through the App Store. Now, on October 4, they’ve taken the number away again!!! 🤬🤬🤬
