I bought a subscription because it is considered one of the best services. However, after purchasing, having used it for one day, none of the servers connected while in the Russian Federation. Apple refused to return the money for a six-month subscription. I would gladly use it in another country, but I will gladly use another paid service instead of your terrible one. I understand that you have turned off the servers somewhere, BUT this is not a reason not to provide reliable services to your customers after payment. If a customer asked you to return for a technical reason, then please do not refuse to do so in order to maintain customer loyalty wherever they are.

Terrible VPN experience, do not recommend

Bought a 6 month subscription and had issues from day one. The connection was slow, then unstable, and now it doesn’t work at all. Support is useless, they just send links that don’t help and force you to install third-party apps and upload random config files.I spent 12 hours trying to fix this with no result. I even had to use a different VPN just to contact their support. For a paid app, this is unacceptable. Save your money and try another service.

Shutting down the Russian server is an action in the wrong direction

You promoted yourself as a VPN with Russian servers. Now they are gone. You say that you stand with the rest of the world against war, and this is so right. But the only thing is that by shutting down Russian servers you punish those who have left Russia. Think about it, why would anyone living in Russia want to have a Russian VPN? No sense.
