Sorry to hear that! We are aware that the network restrictions of the Russian authorities and ISPs have recently increased. It's on top of our priority list to actively keep fighting the censorship attempts by the Russian government. At this time, we can recommend checking for pending updates to the app, as new versions are likely to contain improvements with regard to circumventing censorship. Make sure to try the Stealth protocol and the WireGuard - TCP protocol, if Stealth doesn't work. Try as many servers available on your plan to see if you can connect to any since not all of our IPs are likely to be blocked. If you can connect to any servers, we'd appreciate it if you told us which ones work, and which ISP you're on, as this will help us further fight the restrictions.

It works just fine on PC, but not on cellphone. Not working properly in China. Last time it even affected the phone, making it impossible to use the internet, so I had to delete it, because it turned out that it was switching on automatically.It doesn’t work properly in Russia, Kazakhstan and China, I’ve tried it. Only desktop version is working for me.

For now, we recommend always using the Stealth protocol, along with the Quick Connect option to try and establish a successful connection. Also, make sure that your app is always up to date.
