Saying that I "bought" a subscription in the Alight Motion app. I can't open your support site because the server doesn't find it. Yesterday I wanted to import my project, but the "unlock about effects" button did not respond to the touch. Although everything else worked, namely the import icon was not pressed anywhere at all. I tried to uninstall the application and download it again, but now it doesn't open at all. Gives out "network problems", although everything works well for me.
