Hello,I’m experiencing an issue with the Remini app on my iPhone 15 Pro Max running iOS 18.5. The app freezes on the loading screen (the logo with "Made with ❤️ by Bending Spoons") and never fully opens. I’ve tried the following steps:- Force closing and reopening the app - Restarting the device - Reinstalling the app - Switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data - Turning off VPN - Checking for app updates None of these steps resolved the issue. Could you please advise how to fix this or let me know if this is a known issue with iOS 18.5?Thank you in advance for your help.Best regards, Ainaz

Very disappointed with this app. I only used the free “watch ads” features occasionally and never intentionally subscribed to a paid plan. Money was suddenly charged from my account again, and this already happened before. Last time I received a refund, but now they keep saying the decision is “final” and refuse to help at all. The app makes it very easy to accidentally end up with a subscription, and support is not helpful when you try to explain the situation. I barely even use this app, yet I lost money I really needed. Be very careful before downloading or using this app.

Very unpleasant experience with the Remini app. 4990 KZT was automatically charged from my card for a subscription, even though I did not plan to purchase the paid version. Everything is designed in a way that makes it very easy for users to accidentally activate a subscription.I immediately contacted support and asked for a refund since I barely used the service. The support team simply refused without offering any proper solution to the problem.I am very disappointed with this attitude toward users. It feels like the subscription system is intentionally complicated so that people accidentally end up paying money.I do not recommend this app. Be very careful, otherwise you might unexpectedly lose your money.If this issue is not resolved, I will file a complaint with the police
