This app and website stinks
Duck 🦆🦆🦆
1) I changed my phone number, got locked out of the account, support has been useless, emails were bots telling me to try a solution on their website (it did not work, I mentioned it in the email, because apparently you can't change an accounts phone number when there's a credit card attached)2) when I created a new account (had to create a new email because the old one was tied to the old account), I was restricted from buying stuff, and once again, all the answers to my emails were bots with their template answers that my account was restricted (no way!!! it's almost like I was asking why was I restricted) without any reasoning at all

It's unclear how to find favorite stores in the app. The only way to get there is by adding it to the list of favorites, and you can only get there from there. Is it difficult to make direct access to favorite stores?

My account has been blocked, but I do not understand the reason for the block. To the best of my knowledge, I have not violated Ozon's rules. Please check my account, inform me of the reason for the block, and, if possible, restore access to it. If additional information is required for the review, I am ready to provide it.
Теперь в вишлисте можно открыть сбор на денежный подарок. Все желающие смогут его пополнить, а вы — потратить деньги на что угодно.
