I bought the trial premium on my laptop and declined it couple days before my free trial ends BUT it still purchased a full price of a premium purchase which i was really upset with but the supprt team couldnt make a refund and i gave up. This month i declined all my “premium subscriptions” and blocked hotspot on my bank account so they couldn’t took my money, i really dont know why but the full price of premium subscription still was purchased AGAIN even tho i declined all my subscriptions. Support and Microsoft team couldnt do ANYTHING about it, please help me.

if you just want to try free trial, don’t waste your time. this scammers gonna make you buy hidden subscription when trial ends. even 2 real support agents couldn’t help to make a refund. I used trial version 2 days when I was in China. For now, I didn’t even open/use this app 2 weeks. and a couple hours ago they took my money from my card. I texted contact support as fast as I can. and they both did NOTING. just closed ticket. they don’t even speak English. run away from this app!

Does not work on my iPhone

This vpn is overall good, works on my laptop and pc, but does not work properly on iPhone. It always connects and disconnects, and cannot completely connect for a long period of time.
