Yandex Go: Taxi Food Delivery 4+

Yandex needs to work on drivers selection criteria.

The app is ok. But drivers..
A week or two ago I started to experience violent, rude, aggressive drivers’ behavior. I do not feel safe anymore and think twice when order a taxi for a ride with my kids. Drivers have no idea about service, how to behave or simply how to be polite. More than that they could yell, ignore your requests, smoke in a car just before taking a passenger, talk over the phone loudly (putting it on speakers during the ride).. Terrible experience. If you send to Yandex support your complaint they give you feedback immediately and compensate but the thing is we need safe rides and adequate drivers.

Not everything is transparent

the points system that you have is not transparent you don’t know where the points are coming from or being taken away. When you complain nothing is really done the check they speak to you. But you don’t see if anything happens to the taxi driver if they treat you badly. There’s no point in the points system if it’s not transparent. and you can gain points back. So what’s the point in taking them away if you can get your points back.

Yandex Delivery Took My Money Twice and Left Me Stranded

I recently had an issue where I needed to move some personal belongings—just two bags and some small items. I decided to use Yandex Delivery for the job. I ordered a Gazelle, but to my surprise, I received a call informing me that a Kamaz truck was on its way. I immediately canceled the order. However, the funds were not refunded. I thought maybe the money would return later, so I tried again. Unfortunately, the same thing happened—a Kamaz driver accepted my order. Once again, my money was charged. In the end, I never got my money back, and customer support has been unresponsive and unhelpful. I wasn’t able to transport my things, and I ended up out of pocket. I strongly advise against using Yandex services—expect to be charged without any guarantee of getting your money back.
