No option to disable annoying push notifications like in any other app

It might sound to be too trivial but I must point out an area that feels overlooked: the inclusion of Kazakh as one of the app’s primary languages.. As a platform operating in Kazakhstan, full integration of the Kazakh language is not just a nice-to-have but a necessary step to truly connect with the local audience. I truly appreciate Kinopoisk’s efforts to adapt to the Kazakh market. I do really enjoy your devotion as you trying to adapt to the market like dubbing yourself with some professional teams to dub specifically to Kazakh which I really cherish from your side. I can only say I thank you in response ❤️. Although it might to harsh to hear as I rating your app 3 stars unfortunately I might sound to egoistic. I believe in Kinopoisk’s potential to grow and thrive, especially if you continue expanding your reach in meaningful ways. But really continue your expansion journey conquering great sides and promoting growth domestic market and respectively yours. It could be great if you as a company would also cater on anime market as margin worldwide margin of consuming animation twice or even more soar fast especially Japanese ones and adding Kazakh dubbing for anime would not only set you apart but also position you as a worthy competitor to platforms like Crunchyroll and Netflix. I’m giving this app 2 stars because, while the overall user experience is generally good, my experience with the Amediateka subscription completely ruined my impression of the service.I paid for the Amediateka add-on, and everything worked fine at first. However, at some point, the series simply stopped playing. When I contacted customer support multiple times, I never received any meaningful assistance. Instead, I got generic automated responses from a bot, which made it feel like the company simply didn’t care, even though I had paid for the service.About a year later, after seeing extensive advertising for Amediateka, I decided to give it another chance. Unfortunately, I encountered exactly the same problem again. The subscription was paid for, but the content was inaccessible. Of course, no refund was provided for the non-functioning service.The technical issues are frustrating, but what disappointed me most was the complete lack of effective customer support. The indifferent attitude toward paying customers has significantly damaged my trust in the platform.

There isn't much interesting movies. Cancelling the subscription and getting your money refunded is unnecessarily difficult. They took my money for a renewal, but didn't even send me a receipt or confirmation that it was renewed. Instead I got an email saying that the renewal "failed", yet they still took my money. Refunding on itself was also stupid, instead of making it a simple cancel and refund, you have to talk to an AI Chatbot who doesn't even understand more than 2 words, so you are forced to wait until someone human takes over. They were also very late with my refund, It took them almost 3 weeks to refund. Awful experience, predatory app
