Hello! My baby has unknowingly confirmed the purchase of your yearly subscription and I tried to cancel it both in the app and via the AppStore Refund page from the very first minute. While the payment was in “Pending” I have been trying many times to cancel it, but the link referring from your app to the Apple page doesn’t work properly and it showed me the error. And there was no refund button in front of the pending payment in AppStore. Now the payment is done and I try again to do it via your app, but you refer to AppStore refund functionality and when I had written a Refund request from AppStore app Apple said I can’t refund my money because of your policy. Please destroy this vicious circle and let me get my money back as I am not interested in your payed subscription didn’t use any paid functionality after the payment!

I see many of users have a billing problem. Just don't take all their money without their permission. Dear Pics Art, it's your reputation!!!I have the same problem. Why you still doing like that? You can send JUST ONE MESSAGE to make a prevention before one day of payment. And then user can make a decision. Then if AFTER THAT MESSAGE they forgot to take off the test period, okay TAKE THEIR MONEY because you BY LAW just a made a prevention. If THERE IS NO EVEN ONE MESSAGE, you don't have to take my money from my bank account.I had the same situation with CANVA. The gave me back my money. So i hope it will be the same with PICS ART!
