There is no way to cancel the subscription

After paying for a subscription, there is no way to cancel it, either in the apple account or in the app. I had to delete my payment card to stop the charges! I wrote to technical support, but they ignored me. They didn't refund my money or cancel my subscription!!!

This app got my money for one week watch subscription. However, after the subscription the video I was watching disappeared and from the search box as well I could not find. This app does not worth any trust from public and should be deleted from Apple Store.

It's impossible to watch anything on this app. My phone started lagging and freezing as soon as I downloaded it. I couldn't even find the series I was looking for even though i entered its name correctly. Afterwards i deleted it after just a couple of minutes. This app is a scam.

I supposed to pay for 1 day, they continue charging my apple pay without authorization and there is no way to cancel it, delete this app from App Store! They claim the subscription can be stopped in apple id account, but since I never subscribed it doesnt show up! Thieves!
