The subscription function is only to improve the user experience of the APP. It does not affect the normal use of the APP whether you subscribe or not.
2. Subscription Benefits
With a Weekly Pass Pro or Annual Pass Pro subscription, you can:
- After purchasing Weekly Pass Pro or Annual Pass Pro, you can watch any episode without limit.
- Ad-free: After unlocking, except for incentive ads, other types of ads will no longer be displayed.
- 1080P resolution: Video playback supports selecting 1080P resolution.
3. About automatic renewal
- Subscription will be automatically renewed 24 hours before the valid period. You can cancel the automatic renewal at any time. There is no refund when the renewal is successful.
- If your payment method cannot be charged, your subscription may not renew. The payment may be retried in accordance with the applicable billing policy. If a retry is successful, you will be charged the applicable renewal price for the subscription period disclosed to you.
4. How to cancel the subscription
- Open StoryReel and click on the avatar in the top right corner.
- Click on "Payment and Subscription" and then click on "Subscription".
- Select your StoryReel subscription.
- Click on "Cancel Subscription".

They get the right to do with your card whatever they want, and you can cancel it only by writing them email, that I am not sure about as well. They offer you 20% discount for subscription on their site, but you never can cancel it by yourself also giving the rights to do whatever they want with the payments. Moreover the series I subscribed to watch “When I stopped being their son” turned out to released right until the instagram add finished. Rest is not released yet more than half. So I didn’t watch any extra episode apart from I saw on in instagram! I request to return the money!And apple please block this scammers, look to all the complaints

This is unbelievable. $10+ A WEEK for low-quality AI-generated clips with stolen, cliché plots of dubious quality: the faces are the same across every series, characters deliver voiceover lines or other characters' dialogue, tons of dumb blunders like someone finishing the food on their plate, but by the time they carry it to the sink, the plate is somehow full again. Characters can't even say the same name the same way twice within a single episode. It's horrible, inconsistent plastic garbage, I'm shocked.

I didn’t buy a subscription from Apple! I don’t have their subscription listed in my Apple account! My they are charging money each month! It’s the second one in a row! Return my money! I didn’t agree for full subscription I don’t use your app at all!!!
