Gives all required functionality, but many advertised functions are missing. Most annoying: you cannot make a money transfer favorite. Neither you can repeat a transaction from the history.

Confusing transfers and broken favorites

The app has serious issues with transfers. It’s impossible to send money to a Kaspi Bank card using a phone number. Even after manually entering a Kaspi card number and adding it to Favorites, you still can’t make a transfer from Favorites later - you have to enter the card number every time.The interface is also confusing: there is a “Transfers” tab in the bottom menu and another “Transfers” button in the center, but the center one only works for transfers between your own accounts, while the bottom one includes all transfer options (with duplicated functions). These features should be named differently or placed in separate areas of the interface - or there should be a single dedicated “Transfers” tab that contains all functions (transfers between your own accounts, to any card, by phone number, etc.).

Honestly, better than what I expected. Switched from Halyk and Kaspi and couldn’t be happier. Like how easy it is to open accounts, the investment section is great, gold bars and safety deposit boxes are features I appreciate that are so easy to access and operate.
