Express VPN can work in Russia, UAE, Turkey, China and other countries with restrictions. Thanks a lot for this. But when I choose, for example, Turkey or Malaysia servers, sites said me that I am in Netherlands or in the UK.

Hello! A week ago I needed this app, since I was going to China and when I arrived there my Kazakh mobile number was stil available and I’ve requested for the payment of subscription but didn’t get any of it on my email, so I decided to download another one which is free of charge. However, today I returned to my hometown from China and as soon as my local mobile number started to work the payment was somehow proceeded although I don’t need it anymore and didn’t confirm it at all. In addition, there is still no any notification about payment on my email.Please, refund me the payment, since there is no need of VPN anymore.

Took money and it’s not working

So I paid for 1 month, they charged me and then message appears on screen that my payment was successful but a validation error occurred, and they gave me 2 option buttons to press “try again” and “contact us” none of it worked. Contact us button didn’t lead anywhere and try again didn’t bring new results. So my money gone and no vpn
