It doesn’t work at all on iPhone

I live in China and tried to use this VPN on my iPhone, but it never worked. I followed all the instructions and even tried installing it manually multiple times, as suggested by their AI support bot. Honestly, I don’t understand why I should have to manually configure a service that I already paid for.Nothing worked. The worst part is that there seems to be no human support at all—only an AI bot. When I repeatedly asked to speak with a real person, my requests were ignored.On top of that, getting a refund is apparently impossible. Overall, a very frustrating experience. Think twice before spending your money on this service.

I am so tired of constantly having to log in. I dont know why, but it constantly forgets my credentials and asks me to log in again. As soon as my subscription ends I am not renewing and never buying it again. Every time I need a vpn because of a blocked site, guess what, you need to log in AGAIN! I even had to use a free vpn just so I could log in into my account, because their site was blocked…

It is absolutelly terrible. Not working completelly. The bad thing that i bought 2 years membership (don’t do this mistake). Don’t believe their motos, as soon as their main access point get banned you won’t be able to use their vpns. It was funny: I USED THE FIRST FOUND FREE VPN to get access to nordVpn server to login. Shame on them. Пацаны норд - полная huita как оказалось. Повелся на скидон. В итоге купил не рабочую парашу. Чуть что, малейший запрет - из серваки не доступны. И приходтся юзать фришные впн, чтоб хотябы зайти на сайт нордовНЕ БЕРИТЕ ЭТОТ КАЛ
