Disappointing customer service

I have placed an order consisting of 3 items. For some reason after submitting only two of those items were included in the final order. I contacted the support team about this issue and they recommended me to place another order asap to make it a single delivery. I followed these instructions and placed another order for missing item. Few moments later I received a notification stating that second order was canceled. I contacted the support team again and after some investigation they told me that restaurant was missing ingredients for my meal. I asked to cancel both orders in that case, because the main meal was missing. But support team refused to cancel and simply referred me to a user agreement which states I agreed to all that. Moreover, support specialist was also quite rude.Eventually I refused to accept this order even though I was fully charged for it.I ended up being extremely disappointed in Wolt’s service and attitude towards clients

The sauce selection in the app is very inconvenient. By default, it’s set to “no sauce,” and if you don’t notice it (which is easy to miss since the interface doesn’t highlight it), your order ends up without any sauce at all. Competitors handle this much better — you can’t proceed without actively choosing a sauce, which helps avoid mistakes. This app, on the other hand, is not user-friendly at all. It’s easy to overlook something important, especially when ordering on the go. As a result, my dish arrived dry and not as expected. I hope the developers reconsider this part of the UX. Очень неудобная логика выбора соуса в приложении. По умолчанию стоит опция «без соуса», и если не заметить это (а интерфейс совсем не акцентирует внимание), заказ уходит без соуса вообще. У конкурентов этот момент реализован гораздо лучше — без выбора соуса просто не пускает дальше, и ты точно ничего не упустишь. Здесь же приложение абсолютно не адаптировано под пользователя: легко проморгать важный выбор, особенно если делаешь заказ на ходу. В итоге — блюдо пришло сухим и не таким, как ожидала. Надеюсь, разработчики пересмотрят UX.

There is no food I payed for, and they haven't returned the money either. They keep referring me to the user agreement, even though their app doesn't work where it's needed. I selected the delivery address using the "my current location" feature, but somehow it chose a different place. It turned out that delivery is not available to my address, but the app didn't miss the chance to accept another order, finding my address (no error screen, notification, or list of uncovered areas). You understand that a lot depends on users in your business, right? How do you work with them and solve their problems? So they come back to you again? :) But then the support says, "Oh, if only you had contacted us, we would have set the correct marker because our app glitches sometimes." And they still haven't refunded my money.

This app should have notified that the distance between the customer and the restaurant is very far. They didn't! Volt accepted the order, and then the restaurant did too. When the courier was supposed to deliver my order, Volt changed the address. And later the courier didn't deliver, and Volt told me to send the order back. This is terribleI didn't receive my order, I paid for the food and for delivery, but I DID NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING. I hope this Volt gets shut down and you cease to exist. AmenЭто приложение должно было уведомить что расстояние заказчика и ресторана очень далекое. Они этого не сделали! Вольт принял заказ, а после и ресторан тоже. Когда курьер должен был превезти мой заказ, вольт поменял адрес. И позже курьер не довез, а вольт сообщил чтоб заказ перезвели обратно. Это ужаснооЯ не получила свой заказ, я заплатила за еду и за доставку, но НИ ХРЕНА НЕ ПОЛУЧИЛА. Надеюсь этот вольт к чертям закроют и вы перестанете существовать. Аминь
