WHAT'S NEW APPLE HEALTH • Connect Apple Health to bring in steps, workouts and active energy from your iPhone and Apple Watch. • Calories burned now combine your everyday walking from Health with the workouts and runs you record in SlimFit. Each one is counted once, so a run is never counted twice. MEASURE YOUR PORTIONS • After scanning a meal, pick the portion instead of guessing: the AI's estimate, or a familiar size such as a small, medium or large bowl, plate or cup. • For a closer figure, measure it. Take one photo from above and one from the side, draw a line across the dish and across the food, and SlimFit works out the weight from the size of your dish and the density of the food. An animated guide shows you exactly how, in English or Lao. MEAL AND WATER REMINDERS • Optional reminders for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and for water through the day. • They only arrive when you have not logged that meal yet, or when you are behind on water. Turn them on in Profile. ALCOHOL AND RECOVERY • Log a drink and see the calories it adds to your day. • SlimFit tells you when your body is still recovering, and roughly how many hours to rest before training again.
