I cannot login
After latest update i cannot log in email address cannot exist

data center.And for protecting users'information,we only migrated user information belong to the Deye domain.So,If your can't log in with previous account,please try to re-register.

Account password error
Since last update I cannot log in to view my systems. The log in page keeps giving me account error and I cant even select a region anymore the option doesn't show. Please fix this glitch or bug.

Dear user, the login page of our latest version of Deye Cloud no longer has region selection. Simply log in to your account and after entering the system, you can choose the corresponding data center (European data center and American data center). The password is incorrect, which may be because your previous account was not registered in Deye Domain. You may need to register your account again. If you have any other questions, please feel free to give us feedback and we will be happy to serve you.
