The Dispatch1 App is the core operating platform that allows Kinettix’s delivery team, clients, and vendors to be fully integrated. Working from one tool, the app enables our techs or their managers to view all available tickets, work instructions, contact information, checkout procedures and more. This app helps streamline communications and submitting invoices to Kinettix once work is completed. Features include: • See address, date and time, and other ticket details • Upload ticket deliverables • Complete ticket check-in and check-out procedures • Submit invoices • See ticket opportunities (Kinettix feels like these tickets are a good fit based on event proximity, required competencies, etc.) • Modify your profile with skills, competencies, certificate of insurance and more. • Create technician profiles
