For example, insurance claim adjusters can submit photos from accident sites; legal associates can share important documents with their firm while they’re in court; and truck drivers can submit bills of lading while on the road. With this easy-to-use app all mobile workers can capture, process, route, store, print, and share files – from anywhere and at any time.

File Submission – The DP Mobile app makes it easy to submit photos, email attachments, and files from cloud resources directly into your Dispatcher Phoenix workflow. You can use your mobile device to process electronic files – including converting them to PDF or Microsoft Office formats, renaming them, adding Bates stamps, redacting sensitive data, and much more. After processing, these files can be uploaded to a document management system, shared via email with colleagues, sent to a printer, etc.

On your smart phone or tablet, you can view a list of jobs in your print queue, select from a list of print devices or add one “on the fly,” and print out your document to the most appropriate device.
