I used to be someone who loved staying up late. Back in college, I’d scroll on my phone deep into the night. Even in my early working years, I once overslept until 10:30 a.m. after a late night, only to jolt awake and rush to the office, tiptoeing in with guilt. Vegetables? I never liked them. I couldn’t name most greens even after graduating. At restaurants, the plate of veggies always remained untouched. I never paid much attention to my health. But after a few years of work, things began to shift. Sleep was the first to change. I used to fall asleep the moment my head hit the pillow. No interruptions. But now, I barely get seven hours. Waking up too early became a stubborn problem. Then came my emotions. There was a time when work weighed heavily on me — long days from 7 or 8 a.m. to midnight, endless meetings. I became short-tempered, angry more often than not. At times, I questioned myself, even doubted my worth. One by one, my annual health reports started showing abnormal markers. Compared to when I first entered the workforce, my body was clearly in decline. The only constant all these years? My skin — still breaking out at 30. So, I built this app. It lets you log your meals, through photos or text, and uses AI to analyze nutrients. You are what you eat — food is the beginning of health. It lets you track your health symptoms — acne, digestive issues, and more. AI looks for patterns in the long run, helping you decode the signals your body sends. It analyzes your sleep, breaking it down into deep, light, and REM stages — helping you understand how well your body restores itself. It pulls in your HRV data automatically, assesses stress levels, and gently reminds you to pause — take three minutes to breathe — when life feels overwhelming. It tracks your workouts, helping you see if you’re meeting your daily activity goals. It also keeps tabs on your sunlight exposure, hydration, and time spent in mindfulness — giving you a fuller picture of your rhythm, both physically and mentally. As I built it, I used it. And life began to change. I now lie down before 11 p.m. I eat more greens. I make an effort to get sunlight — the trace minerals from vegetables and the energy from the sun slowly brought back deeper sleep. I started reading books on mindfulness and meditation. When things feel heavy, I try to pause and breathe, learning to navigate my emotions rather than be ruled by them. I even returned to long-neglected workouts. With the app’s nutrient analysis, I can better plan meals for muscle gain. Sure, I still break out sometimes — too much high-GI food will do that. But I know I’m healthier now, more grounded, more able to meet life with calm and clarity. I hope it helps you too.
