Here are the tools you need to practice what you learn under the learning tracks. The leadership tools are used by you privately or with others. Here you can develop and train on self-reflection in everyday life, receive and give feedback -in writing with a picture or as a video. In social contexts, we are all different, discover and deepend on the understanding of social styles and how they affect you and others. You can build bridges, get personal tips on how you and others can increase the collaboration. You will also be able to become an expert on formulating and reach different types of goals and describe what you need to do to achieve just the results and effects you want to achieve.
Learning journal
Here all your activities and lessons are saved. Your reflections, the feedback you have received and given others and much more that you can follow over time. A diary of your learning simply where you can follow and evaluate your own development.
