GSA app enables guests to access important information, make service requests, communicate and much more, directly from their mobile device.
GSA features include mobile room/table service; guests can pre-order and tailor their orders directly from their mobile devices and get it delivered to their room, or table, at their chosen timeslot. Guests can communicate directly with the front-desk through the in-app calling and chat features - It's like having a virtual butler following your guest. Moreover, guests can check their account activities at any time from the “my transactions feature”.
For staff, through directed notifications, the GSA helps managing all orders of products and services as well as cleaning and maintenance requests, all shown in one clear dashboard view. It optimizes the communication flow between the venue and the guests during all hours of operation.
