HighlightSnap: Sports Clips
Mark, zoom and replay moments
Free · In-App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Mark the action with iPhone or Apple Watch. Find those moments in your match footage, zoom into the detail and add slow-motion replays to your highlight clips.
Mark the moment. Make the highlight.
HighlightSnap helps players, coaches and creators find the moments worth keeping in long videos. Record with iPhone, or mark the action from your Apple Watch.
FROM MARKERS TO CLIPS
• Record timestamps and organize moments with custom tags.
• Import videos from Photos or Files and align them with your markers.
• Adjust clip timing, tags and categories, then keep or discard each clip.
• Export clips separately or combine them into a highlight video with transitions.
SEE THE IMPORTANT DETAIL
• Zoom into a selected area during part of a clip.
• Replace that section or append a replay after the original clip.
• Replay at normal, 0.5× or 0.25× speed.
• Use landscape or fullscreen editing and switch Original/Effect to check the result.
PICK UP WHERE YOU LEFT OFF
Processing history retains your edits. Reuse matching local video copies when available, and reselect only missing sources. Storage management separates generated cache from imported copies and asks before cleanup.
FREE TO TRY, PRO WHEN YOU NEED MORE
Download free and try a limited number of exports. Monthly and yearly Pro subscriptions unlock unlimited exports. Prices and offer eligibility are shown by the App Store. Subscriptions normally renew automatically and can be managed or canceled in your Apple Account settings.
Digital zoom does not add source detail, and slow motion does not include AI frame interpolation. Editing and exporting do not overwrite your original video.

Version Release Notes (v1.5.5)
### What's New in v1.5.5
**Clip Project Sharing**
- Export edited clip projects as `.hsclip` files for sharing with other people or continuing work in other apps
- Project files include marker categories, natural timestamps, marker time points, pre-roll, post-roll, clip category, discard status, and related editing details
- Each file starts with a short description so recipients can quickly understand what the project contains
**Export and Sharing Improvements**
- Fixed an issue where tapping "Share Clip Project" from export settings could fail to open the system share sheet
- If the activity name is empty before exporting a merged video or sharing a clip project, HighlightSnap now prompts you to fill it in and suggests the record name by default
- Makes edited segment data easier to move outside the app for review, collaboration, and further editing
**Video Import Guidance**
- When selecting a video from Photos, HighlightSnap now warns if remaining device storage may be insufficient
- Helps avoid confusion when a large video cannot be fully selected and segment preview generation stays unavailable
- For videos imported from third-party apps, choose from multiple start-time candidates or enter a millisecond-level start time manually
- When importing multiple videos, apply the same time-source choice to the remaining videos to reduce repeated confirmations
- Restoring an editable task from video processing history now reads and matches third-party imported videos more reliably
**Export Reliability**
- Fixed an issue where merged video export could stay on "Calculating remaining time..." without starting
- Export now shows a preparation state first, then calculates remaining time after real progress is available
- Invalid segments or missing video tracks now report errors promptly instead of leaving the user waiting
**Stronger Apple Watch Feedback**
- Successful marks now provide more noticeable haptic feedback
- A full-screen success animation makes it easier to confirm a mark during activity
