When I first downloaded the app, I was getting unusually high amounts of coins from my wins and having a very successful run. It felt like the game was giving me favorable outcomes early on and making it easy to build up coins, which encouraged me to keep playing. After that initial period, however, I experienced a long stretch of very unfavorable rolls and losses. I understand that RNG can naturally produce streaks, but the change felt suspicious enough to make me question whether the dice system is genuinely random and independent.I would appreciate more transparency from the developers about how the RNG works and whether the dice have been independently tested for fairness. AN UPDATE:After updating my review, I’ve found that playing with a 200-coin stake seems to be the best option because the wins and losses feel relatively fair and balanced. However, once you increase the stake above 200 coins, the gameplay starts to feel completely different. The results seem unusually unfavorable, and it genuinely gives the impression that something is wrong or that the game may not be playing fairly at higher stakes. This isn’t just something I’ve personally noticed. I’ve seen many other players reporting the same issue, which makes it even more concerning. At 200 coins, the game feels fair; above 200, something seems noticeably off.
Hello cdhvfggg, thank you for rating LOTB. I assure you that we maintain a fair gaming experience for every player by randomly matching them with different opponents and by implementing RNG technology which is approved by the World Backgammon Federation. Therefore the results solely depend on luck and strategy. Enjoy :)
