The app is not working anymore! Been trying to open it since this morning and it keeps kicking me out. I restarted my phone, deleted the app and downloaded it again and it’s still not working. Let me know how to solve this issue
Corrupted service

I have my line as a post paid for years. When the technology was developed I was happy to have an App that shows me where I stand from my bill, free minutes and free SMS in addition to knowing my internet consumption. I believe this didn’t get alignment with the corruption and seems that someone decided we can’t give an insight on ppls bills. What they did? Alfa high tech and service stopped the app from working. I tried over the years several times to contact these guys or what they call customer service; the poor guys at the so called customer service were replying very efficiently and registering my complaint but for sure nothing happens after that. I hope and it’s only a weak poor hope till now that the new minister will do something efficient with this sector that would eliminate the corruption from the big issues to such ones I have.

I wish I could rate -millions of stars. This is the third time I recharge a card via credit card with this app and don’t get the card while they take the money. I contacted alfa, they took my request and the screenshot of the receipt and i called them every single day for over a week and they have done absolutely NOTHING about it. Alfa you owe me 75$, your application is garbage, your customer service is too and you are not getting away with it.

Despite meeting all the eligibility criteria they have outlined, users find themselves restricted from fully utilizing the plan. To add to the frustration, the provider sends messages reinforcing these limitations, effectively preventing access to the very benefits that were initially promised. This contradiction between the advertised service and its actual implementation not only undermines user trust but also raises concerns about transparency in their offerings.
