Honestly one of the first applications in Lebanon that barely has any bugs or glitches, can seamlessly switch currencies without any taxes based on the live market rate. Has an acceptable tax of a dollar if the topup is by card, and works on all the international websites, also both deposits and withdrawals have no commissions.

As one of the earliest adopters of Suyool, I've been using the app for quite some time and have often recommended it to others. However, during my recent trip to Portugal, I encountered a significant issue. Despite having full trust in the app and had put all my money into it to use my card during the trip, I faced multiple rejections when trying to use my card for transactions, presumably due to technical issues with the card provider or Visa, I really don’t know what. Consequently, I had to resort to withdrawing money from an ATM, incurring unnecessary exchange rate losses. While the Suyool team has promised a refund for the exchange rate difference, I'm now left waiting for the card provider to process the refund. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, especially since I had carefully budgeted for my entire..

Felt like scam

I had high hopes after seeing the ad, but my experience was nothing like it. To actually get the promised 10% discount, you need to spend more than $4,000 — and that’s just for a single purchase, not for all of them as I initially thought. Additionally, they ask for all your personal information, and once you’re in, there’s no way to delete your account or deactivate it. It feels like a complete scam, and I’m really disappointed with how misleading everything is. Definitely not what I expected.
