AlgaPSA 1.6.5 brings projects, assets and search to your phone. HOME - A new Home screen opens first after sign-in, with today's schedule and your open work in one place. PROJECTS - New Projects tab: browse every project, open it by phase, and see progress at a glance. - Add tasks on the spot and edit a task's assignee, due date and priority. ASSETS AND SITE AUDITS - New Assets tab for the devices you look after. - Run an on-site audit: pick the location, scan asset tags as you walk the site, confirm what's present, flag what's missing, and review a summary when you're done. Open audits resume where you left off. - Scan a QR or barcode label to jump straight to the matching ticket, asset or stock unit. TICKETS - Link one or more of a client's devices while creating a ticket. - Set a ticket's category from the app. - VIP and other client or contact tags now show as chips on ticket lists, ticket details and in the client and contact pickers, just like on the web. CLIENTS AND CONTACTS - View a contact's locations and edit them. SEARCH - Global search across tickets, clients, contacts, projects and assets, with your recent searches kept handy. Timers you can pause Running timers can now be paused and resumed. When you stop a timer, the summary shows time tracked across segments, so paused time is never billed. Timers can also be discarded when no time entry is needed. Cc and Bcc on ticket replies Add Cc and Bcc recipients when replying to a ticket. Start typing a name to pick from the client's contacts, or enter any email address. Recipients appear on each comment. Project tasks Logging time against a task now uses the service inherited from its phase or project, and the task screen shows the start date. User Activities Your default group is honored, so unpinned items land where you expect. Also in this release Clearer messages when a time sheet is already submitted or approved, or when another timer is still open. Stability and performance improvements.

Field work just got a lot less tethered to the desk. Clients and contacts, start to finish - Create new clients and contacts from the Clients and Contacts tabs, or straight from the ticket pickers while you're creating or editing a ticket. - Edit client details including phone, email and address, plus account manager, tags and notes. - Edit contact details including phone numbers, additional email addresses, role and avatar. - Validation runs as you go, with the same rules as the web app. Project tasks you can act on - Open a task and log time against it with the time entry form or a running timer. - Change task status, tick off checklist items, and read and write comments with replies, reactions and mentions. - See the task's start date alongside its due date. - Time entries pick up the task's default service, including one inherited from the phase or project. - Push notifications and links for project tasks open the task directly. Fixes and polish - Tapping a ticket link in an email now opens that ticket, even on a cold start or right after signing in. - Phone numbers are formatted consistently everywhere and still tap to call. - Unit of measure picker when adding inventory products.

What's New in 1.6.2 Ticket links now open in the app Tap "View ticket" in a notification email on your phone and the ticket opens directly in AlgaPSA instead of the browser. If you're signed out, sign in and you land on that ticket. Addresses open in Maps Tap the location on a ticket, or a client's address or any of its locations, to open it in Maps using the full street address. Fixes • Client phone, email and address now show on the client screen instead of "Not set". • Comments from client-portal users and email replies show the author's name instead of "Unknown".

Settings gains "Send test notification". - The log-this-call prompt survives the biometric lock on return to the app.
