It also has delivery to all the countries on the end of the world and it’s very affordable for people who can’t afford that much. Order delayed and horrible support

Order was expected to arrive December 9, I received yesterday December 12 that it will be delayed. Order contains Christmas gifts and there’s no point in receiving it as me and the person who could bring it left the country. I repeatedly informed the customer support since December 5 to kindly let me know if it will not be delivered on time. They said it’s expected to arrive on the 9th and I should wait. Customer support says nice template sentences to reassure but it’s completely useless. Now they want me to wait 7-14 after shipment arrives to the original warehouse to get my money back. In case of delays you should inform the customer before the expected delivery time or make an exception and refund in case you failed.
