KHC OnLine is an application covering full text and head notes of judgments of the Supreme Court of India & Kerala High Court and other High Courts reported in KHC, KHC OnLine, KLD, AIR (SC), AIR OnLine, AIR (Ker), AIR (other High Courts) SCC, SCC OnLIne, KLT, KLJ, ILR (Ker), CrLJ, ACJ and other prominent law journals from India from year 1950.
App is updated daily with the latest judgments. There is multiple search facility and any desired judgment can be located in very short time. Parallel citations of the judgments are given in the app. Search can be made by any word, Judge Name, Advocate name, party name or citation. Search can also be done Act wise & Section wise.
One can know the status of the desired case as to in which all subsequent cases, the case at hand is referred in; and what are the other cases that are referred in the case at hand. Overruled status of the case is also shown.
KHC OnLine is very useful search tool, ideal for Lawyers, Judges, Courts, Law Students and for the entire legal fraternity.
This app is brought out by Complete Kerala High Court Cases (KHC), a leading law journal from Kerala. KHC is a law journal approved by the Hon’ble High Court of Kerala as per Order No. D2(J) I-18315/2000(I) dt. 08/02/2008.
There is an option to take true printouts of the judgments that are published in KHC and KLD.
