Hello everyone! As a heavy user of smart wearables, I've deeply experienced various health apps on the market that focus on "Readiness", "Strain", and "Recovery". I found that many of them are not only overly complex but also prone to causing anxiety and confusion with their constantly fluctuating "overall scores."
In reality, obsessing over these ever-changing scores every day is meaningless. That's why I developed KindPace. It intentionally avoids complex, arbitrary score calculations. Instead, it relies directly on your physical load and raw physiological metrics (like HRV) to provide clear, straightforward insights. Workout Trend Analysis: Supports switching between weekly, monthly, and yearly views to check trends for duration, distance, and calories burned. You can also filter by workout type, with newly added heart rate zones.
