MCNiGo lets you send a valuable social-distancing app to your customers that they can use to replenish their stock by placing pre-orders for delivery by your sales reps using mcni360 or ship directly from Quickbooks, Sage, Microsoft GP, etc. Tailor marketing and promotions to targeted groups of customers and push-notify them of specials, deliveries or any other communication.
The built-in messenger system gives your customers the ability to ask questions, request service or schedule a visit from your rep. Incentive processing and tracking lets your reps payout spiffs to technicians and service writers and fully-integrate the payments with MCNi360.
