Restores the ability to update mp3 metadata that was broken in the previous update.

* I've just discovered this update breaks the ability to edit MP3 metadata. A fix has been submitted. Please don't update until 2.7.2 is available. - Failed encodes will no longer delete original even if “Delete Original” is checked. - Better file handling when re-encoding to the same file.

– Custom naming schemes can now have text inside the format specifier brackets. If the metadata corresponding to the format specifier is not present, all text within the brackets will be removed.
