Your chats are saved on this device so you can pick one back up, and you can type right into the chat box. The free plan includes 5 requests a day; Orbit Pro raises that to up to 200 and lets Orbi create and edit projects, clients, invoices and more. LEADS PIPELINE (PRO) Keep every enquiry in one place. A lead moves through New, Contacted and Proposal sent, then Won or Lost — on a board or a list. Raise a quote straight from a lead and Orbit creates the client for you; when the quote is accepted, the lead moves to Won on its own. Lost leads stay on file with the reason. CONTRACTS WITH E-SIGNATURE (PRO) Start from a ready-made template — a services agreement, a scope of work or a mutual NDA — fill in the details and send it. You sign when you send, and your client signs online with a typed or drawn signature, no account needed. Each signature is recorded with the time and a fingerprint of the document, and a sent contract can't be changed. NEW DOCUMENT LAYOUTS Choose Classic, Modern, Minimal or Bold for your quotes and invoices, add your logo and an accent colour, and call your quotes a Proposal or an Estimate. Free for everyone. Mark it billable and pull it straight onto an invoice. Your client and project pages show their own expenses and what they add up to. Free for everyone. PROPOSALS & QUOTES Build a quote from line items, send your client a link, and they accept or decline it in their browser. A yes becomes a project in one tap — and then an invoice with the figures they agreed to. Quotes carry a "valid until" date that expires them on their own, and export as a PDF. PROJECT BUDGETS Give a project a budget, an optional cap on hours, or both. See how much tracked time and expenses have used, what's left, what you've actually invoiced, your profit, and the rate you really earned per hour. Orbit warns you once at 80% and once at 100%. INCOME & TAX REPORTS The question every freelancer dreads: what did I actually make? Pick this month, this quarter, this year or last year and see money in, money out, what's left, what to set aside for tax, and your top clients — then export the lot as a CSV or PDF. SUBTASKS ARE REAL TASKS "Add subtask" now creates a proper task, with its own status, due date, notes and time tracking. Subtasks appear in your list with a "Subtask of…" chip that jumps to the parent, and a Hide subtasks pill keeps things to top-level work. The quick Checklist on a task is untouched — small steps there, real work as subtasks. Reminders stop as soon as an invoice is paid. - Clients get a link to view the invoice online and save it as a PDF. - Set up recurring invoices for retainers. Orbit creates a draft each period for you to review. Both features are free.
