Know who's handling a leak Once someone acknowledges a leak, it now stays visible until the water is actually gone, instead of disappearing right away. You'll see who acknowledged it and when, for example "Acknowledged by Sam · 12 min ago", or your property manager's name. The alert closes on its own once the sensor dries out or the valve is turned back on. Clearer valve status If a leak shut off your valve, the valve screen now tells you why, and reminds you to reopen the valve once the leak is fixed. Leaks where the valve has already been turned back on now say "Valve Back Open". No more double-acknowledging If someone in your home, your property manager or PlumBuddy support has already acknowledged an alarm, the app now tells you who did. Fixes - Water usage chart: time labels now line up with the right hours (no more repeated "12 AM"). - Acknowledging alarms from a sensor's screen now updates it right away.

- Joining a managed property? Bring your existing home and devices, or start fresh. Managed homes and devices are clearly labelled. - More reliable leak alerts, and no alerts from an account you've signed out of. - Alarms always appear on top and respond only to a deliberate tap. - Smoother firmware updates with accurate progress. - Clearer messages during service interruptions. - Charts follow your home's time zone. - Better large-text and screen-reader support.

NEW - Installer Mode: plumbers can accept an install job by code or link, pair devices directly into building units, run per-device diagnostics with a guided valve test, move devices between units, and finish the job. - Install Documentation: capture photos and notes into tamper-evident install reports with installer sign-off. View, export (PDF) and manage your install reports from Account and from each device's install record. - Device MAC address now shown in Additional Configurations, with tap-to-copy (sensors now show their device information too). - Clearer sign-in errors: if your account is temporarily locked you see when you can try again, with "Email me a code" offered as the way in; requesting login codes too quickly now explains the wait. IMPROVEMENTS AND FIXES - Pairing: more accurate troubleshooting when a device can't join your WiFi, times out, or is already registered; Try Again and Contact Support are always reachable. - Smart-home connection now recovers on its own when its session expires, instead of pairing failing until the app is restarted. - Firmware: the auto-update switch now tells you if the device refuses the change; update checks stop for devices removed from your account. - "Add Device" from an empty property now opens the correct setup flow. - Notification settings: fixed an error when saving email preferences on some notification types. - Contact Partner: "Email Partner" is hidden when your partner has no email on file; calling stays available. - Email links now offer Gmail and Outlook and no longer fail when Apple Mail isn't installed. - Information dialogs are easier to read, and messages no longer appear dimmed behind open menus. - Fixed unreadable text on the Nearby Devices card during setup. - iPad: no more errors when notifications are turned off. ALSO IN THIS UPDATE - Sharing improvements, including the correct default-property badge for shared properties. - Device thresholds no longer silently revert after a mode change, and a new 3-second undo window when switching modes. - The device menu scrolls correctly at large text sizes. - More reliable keyboard on the login-code screen.

Account sharing and device transfer - invite others to your properties and transfer devices between accounts. New schedule target modes (During/After). Major accessibility improvements for large text sizes.

Changing your account email now safely handles addresses already in use, with an explicit confirmation step before the old account is released. You also stay signed in after changing your password.

Fixes an intermittent bug where the screen rendered shifted left with a black band on the right after navigating between pages. Adds a sort button to the Home device list (A-Z, Z-A, by type) that remembers your choice per property.

Minor bug fixes: - Fixed timezone not saving for users - Fixed automatic address re-entry - Stability updates

Stability and reliability fixes (auth/session recovery, error handling, alarms, contact-a-pro), observability and crash-reporting improvements, and branding/dark-mode polish across the device, zone, and account screens.

- Expected Water Use (in Property Settings): set recurring schedules for sprinklers, RO flushes, or water softener regen, and we'll temporarily relax leak alerts during those windows so you don't get false alarms. - The app icon badge now matches your number of unacknowledged alerts and clears properly. It clears when you Acknowledge an alert (or it's resolved on its own), not just by dismissing the popup. Bug fixes - Devices no longer briefly show "Offline" during short connection blips. A device now only shows offline after a sustained outage, and returns to online the moment it reconnects. - Phone number now saves and displays correctly in your profile. - Alarm details now stay consistent across the Home, Zone, and Sensor Detail screens. - Fixed a rare issue where the app could feel unresponsive after dismissing an alert. - Fixed a rare issue where some accounts could be signed out repeatedly or see login errors. Improvements - Better internal error reporting so we can spot issues faster.

- Reconnect flow for offline valves: persistent offline banner with deep link to ReconnectHelp guide and scoped BLE re-pairing - Major observability rollout: Sentry + Crashlytics with PII scrubbing, request-ID propagation, route/feature tagging, and rate-limited error capture - Stall detection across cold launch, login, dashboard load, property switch, BLE pairing, and valve mutations - Captures previously-silent failures in auth, dashboard, BLE/WiFi setup, and firmware tasks - Reconnect flow simplified: offline banner now deep-links into standard Add Device onboarding (preserves existing device data) instead of a separate rebind flow - ReconnectHelp polish: Re-add promoted to a prominent primary action, fixed broken help-article link, and fixed clipped chevron on the offline banner CTA

- Redesigned protection zones with multi-stage configuration - Improved text input with smart autofill presets - Centralized autofill mechanisms across forms - Fixed animation issues on app launch - Fixed Android BLE pairing freeze, crash fixes, and WiFi credential caching

- Redesigned dashboard with improved property selector and setup hub - New learning section with helpful tooltips and guides - Smoother animations and visual polish throughout the app - Redesigned historical - Branded loading experience and improved notifications - Fixed biometric login reliability - Sort your devices by name or type on the Devices page
