Siamo Sara e Silverio, 2 giovani che nel 2019 hanno dato vita alla Stazione del Pescatore ! Silverio viene da generazioni di PESCATORI di Arbatax il Borgo Marinaro per eccellenza, una vita a contatto con il mondo della pesca. Nel 2018 frequenta l'Italian Chef Cooking School, formandosi con chef stellati e docenti di fama nazionle. Sara, ha un talento naturale nello stare a contatto con il pubblico, anni di lavoro lo dimostrano! Partiti da un piccolo Food-Truck nei primi mesi del 2022 abbiamo inaugurato il nostro primo locale! L'Unione si rivela subito vincente, in pochi anni La Stazione del Pescatore con oltre 200 recensioni diventa il primo locale in classifica su 6000 locali in Sardegna. A dirlo è il portale più famoso : TripAdvisor Nel 2024 La Stazione del Pescatore diventa POLPÌ - Panini di Mare
