Pick a routine and press play. The screen fills with liquid that drains as time passes — time you can see. No streaks, no shame. Pour turns your routines into something you can press play on. Pick a routine, tap it, and the whole screen fills with liquid — water, honey, sand, or mercury — that drains as each step elapses. Full means the step just started; empty means it's done. Time you can see, built for time blindness. Pour is designed for ADHD brains. Starting is the hard part, so Pour keeps it to two taps: open the app, tap a routine, and you're pouring. No setup screens in the way, no confirmations, no judgment when plans change. PRESS PLAY ON A ROUTINE • Build routines from simple steps, each with its own duration • Four templates ready on first launch: Morning, Get Out the Door, Reset Sprint, and Wind-down • Reorder, reschedule, and reshape them any time — everything autosaves TIME YOU CAN SEE • A liquid timer fills the screen and drains in real time • Huge, steady numerals that never jump around • Gentle chimes and soft haptics mark each step change • Pause, skip, or add two minutes — skipping is always allowed KEEPS POURING WHEN YOU LOOK AWAY • Live Activity and Dynamic Island show the current step on your Lock Screen • Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets start a routine in one tap • Optional scheduled invitations — we'll only nudge when you ask us to NO STREAKS, NO SHAME • History shows the times you showed up — never the days in between • Ending early still counts; Pour says so • No chains, no scores, no guilt — ever PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Everything stays on your phone • No account, no tracking, no analytics POUR PRO (optional) • Unlimited routines and all four materials • Chime packs, History insights, and alternate app icons • Monthly, yearly (with a 14-day free trial), or a one-time lifetime purchase — Family Sharing included on lifetime Pour is a visual timer and routine player. It makes time visible and routines easier to start — nothing more, nothing less.
