RawText is a plain-text editor designed for users who need to move content between applications without carrying over formatting. When text is pasted, the app automatically strips all styling, whether the source is a browser, email, document, chat application or spreadsheet. This leaves only the actual text content.
The app removes:
– hidden formatting
– links and embedded references
– heading styles and font variations
– list and table remnants
– invisible control characters
Typed text stays completely untouched and free of any automatic formatting, making RawText useful for tasks where clean text is required for later processing in other tools.
RawText limits itself to four essential functions:
