What's new in SCADO 1.0.1 New: registration date. Every product now shows when you added it (e.g. "Sep 20, 2026 (4 days ago)"). You'll see it in the product details, in its history and in the inventory preview. It's handy for leftovers and food without a printed date. Dates that match your labels - Typed dates now follow your region: day/month everywhere in Europe, even with the app in English. What's printed on the package is what gets saved. - Tapping Today, Tomorrow, +3 days or +1 week now always updates the date field, even while you're typing. Smarter scanning - "Scan date" now also works when you add a product by hand. - A date scanned for one product is never carried over to the next one. - More label formats are recognized, such as "15 06 2026", "EXP 150626" and "TMC 15.06.26". - "Best before" labels set the right date type automatically. - You can scan the same product again after a connection error. Safer food tracking - Thawed food is now tracked against its short "use after thawing" deadline. - Moving items into or out of the freezer updates them automatically. Reminders you can count on - Products added late in the day now get their reminder the next morning. - Reminders adjust when you change time zone or language. - Deleting all your data also removes every scheduled reminder. Easier inventory management - Swipe to delete now offers Undo, and only one row opens at a time. - Marked something as used or thrown away by mistake? Tap Restore. Those items are also listed under the new "Used or thrown away" filter. - Search ignores accents ("caffe" finds "Caffè"), and your search and filters stay in place when you come back. - Removing a date while editing now really removes it. - Changing where a product is stored keeps it visible on the map. - Quantities accept decimals like 0,5. - SCADO asks before discarding unsaved changes.
